Description: Manthey Redmond Corporation (MRC) is a development-stage company. The Company exploits and markets internal combustion engine technology leased by it from its Australian affiliate, Manthey Redmond (Aust) Pty Limited. Manthey Redmond (Aust) Pty Limited (Manthey Redmond (Aust)), is the owner and developer of the Manthey Redmond Eco-Engine, a multi-fuel engine smaller than conventional internal combustion engines for marine applications. The Company has entered into two agreements with Manthey Redmond (Aust): the licensing agreement for the development, manufacture, use, sale, and sublicense of the Manthey Redmond Eco-Engine and all developed technology and products related to the technology (the Technology) for a royalty payment to Manthey Redmond (Aust) of 5% of annual gross profits, and an investment agreement by which Manthey Redmond (Aust) will fund the Company.
