Description: The Fund's investment objective is to track, before fees and expenses, the price and yield performance of the Morningstar® Wide Moat Focus IndexTM (the Index). In order to seek to achieve its investment objective, the investment policy of the Fund is to invest in a portfolio of equity securities that as far as possible and practicable consists of all or substantially all of the component securities of the Index. The Index is comprised of securities issued by companies that the Index Provider determines have sustainable competitive advantages based on a proprietary methodology that considers quantitative and qualitative factors (“wide moat companies”). At each quarterly review, approximately half of the portfolio held will be rebalanced to equal weights and may result in purchase or disposal of certain securities.
