In Quebec, the Company has over 73.5% contributing interest in diamond exploration and over 78.9% contributing interest in non-diamond commodity exploration on various mineral claims. The Company also holds an exploration license in Morocco. Its assets are entirely located in Canada. The Company has not generated revenue from operations.
