National Oilwell Varco, Inc.'s Distribution and Transmission segment provides pipe, maintenance, repair, and operating supplies and spare parts to drill site and production locations, pipeline operations, and processing plants; and procurement, materials management, and logistics services, as well as produces water transmission pipe, fabricated steel products, and specialized materials and products for infrastructure projects. This segment also serves waste water treatment, chemical, food and beverage, paper and pulp, mining, agriculture, and municipal markets.
