The long-term disposition of its assets will be over 80% in a portfolio of VCT qualifying unquoted and alternative investment market (AIM) investments and over 20% in other investments. NVM Private Equity LLP (NVM) is the investment manager and investment advisor of the Company. NVM is an independent specialist firm of venture capital managers.
