Description: NexgenRx Inc. (NexgenRx) administers, adjudicates and pays drug, dental and other extended healthcare claims for the beneficiaries of health benefit plans underwritten by its customers, using computer software. The Company is engaged in the sale of its administration and health benefit claims adjudication services to organizations managing health benefit plans on behalf of plan sponsors, such as employers and associations, among others, and to the Canadian plan sponsors providing an Administrative Services Only (ASO) health benefit plan to their plan members. The health benefit claims include drug, dental, extended health and healthcare spending account claims. The Company sells its service on a fee-per-transaction basis, in addition to per member administration fees. The Company's Web-based product, theclaimsXchange.com, offers a platform, which allows various extended health providers to submit claims on behalf of their patients for benefits through a Web portal.
