The Gas Services segment operates natural gas gathering processing facilities comprising 3 gas plants and 12 compressor stations, as well as approximately 300 kilometers of gathering systems. The Midstream segment has interests in extraction and fractionation facilities; and provides terminalling and storage hub services. The company was founded in 1997 and is headquartered in Calgary, Canada.
