The Lode Gold property hosts a quartz stock-work style hydrothermal gold prospect. The Company entered into an option agreement to acquire interests in the Boulder claims located in the Stikine Mining Division of British Columbia. The Company, through its subsidiary, Bahia Atlantica, S.A., owns the Regalo Property. It has generated no operating revenue.
