The Engineering & Construction segment provides lump-sum engineering, procurement and construction project execution services to the onshore and offshore oil and gas industry. The Engineering & Production Services includes all reimbursable engineering and production services activities to the oil and gas industry. The Integrated Energy Services business is focused on delivering value from the Company's existing asset portfolio.
