Description: Pacific Financial Corporation is a bank holding company. The Company owns a banking subsidiary, Bank of the Pacific (the Bank). The Company conducts its banking business through the Bank, which operates approximately 17 branches located in communities in Grays Harbor, Pacific, Whatcom, Clark, Skagit and Wahkiakum counties in the state of Washington, and over three in Clatsop County, Oregon. In addition, the Bank operates approximately three loan production offices in Burlington and DuPont, Washington and Salem Oregon, and has a residential real estate mortgage department. The Bank offers business banking services, including business checking, business savings and certificates of deposits, business loans, treasury management and commercial real estate loans. Its personal banking services include checking solutions, savings solutions, consumer loans and lines of credit, and investments. The Bank also offers services, such as refinance, home equity loan and reverse mortgage.
