The Company’s operations consists of its acquisition of a 100% working interest and approximately 85% net revenue interest in 39 shut-in wells, and with estimated 28 miles of natural gas pipeline; commenced recompletion of old wells and connecting wells to its existing pipeline; located Seminole Energy Services to purchase its natural gas obtained recompleting 26 existing wells, and its acquisition of the surface mineral and property rights to 100 acres and subsurface rights to approximately 175 acres in Clay County Kentucky. The Company owns 100% of ARM Operating Company, which manages all of its oil and gas properties and oversees the operation, development, and maintenance of all its oil and gas wells. The Company’s oil and gas interests are for properties are located in Laurel, Clay and Whitley Counties in Kentucky.
