Mina Real also owns an interest in Compania Minera Santa Fe S.A. de C.V. (Compania Minera), which holds an interest in the Santa Fe gold and silver property located east of the Mina Real Property. The Mina Real Property consists of over eight mining concessions and approximately one mineral claim encompassing a total area of approximately 21,367.42 hectares. The contiguous Santa Fe Property consists of approximately one mining concession totaling over 3,852.66 hectares. The San Francisco Property consists of approximately 12 mining concessions encompassing approximately 18,125.05 hectares.
