Description: Recipe Unlimited Corp, formerly Cara Operations Ltd, is a Canada-based full service restaurant operator and franchisor. The Company operates through four segments, corporate restaurants, franchise restaurants, food processing and distribution and central operations. The Corporate restaurant segment includes the operations of the Company-owned restaurants which sell prepared food and beverages to consumers. Franchised restaurants represent the operations of its franchised restaurant network operating under the Company’s brand names including Harvey’s, Swiss Chalet, Kelsey’s, East Side Mario’s, Montana’s, Milestones, Prime Pubs, Casey’s, Bier Markt, and Landing restaurants. Food processing and distribution represent sales of St-Hubert branded and other private label products produced and shipped from the Company’s manufacturing plant and distribution centers to retail grocery customers and to its network of St-Hubert restaurants.
