The Klaza project is located in Yukon Territory, Canada. The Klaza property consists of approximately 570 mineral claims and covers an area of approximately 120 square kilometers. All of the mineral claims comprising the Klaza property are located in the Whitehorse Mining District, approximately 50 kilometers west of the community of Carmacks, in southern Yukon Territory. Of the 570 claims comprising the Klaza property, approximately 370 are unencumbered. The Company has no operating revenues from any mines.
