Description: The investment seeks to replicate as closely as possible, before fees and expenses, the performance of the S&P 500® Equal Weight Index Materials Total Return. The fund will invest at least 90% of its net assets, plus any borrowings for investment purposes, in the equity securities included in the underlying index. The underlying index is an unmanaged equal weighted version of the S&P 500 Materials Index that consists of the common stocks of the following industries: chemicals, construction materials, containers and packaging, metals and mining, and paper and forest products that comprise the Materials sector of the S&P 500 Index. It is non-diversified.
