Description: The investment objective of the Fund is to achieve the total performance of the Reference Index (being the JPX-Nikkei Index 400) less fees, expenses and transaction costs. The Fund does not intend to make dividend payments. The Reference Index is a stock index of the top 400 stocks selected from among ordinary shares listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange's ("TSE") 1st Section, 2nd Section, Mothers and JASDAQ markets. Further information on the components and selection criteria of the Reference Index is set out below under "General Description of the Reference Index".
