Description: Brompton Split Banc Corp. (the Fund) is a Canada-based mutual fund company. The Fund's investment objectives are to provide holders of Preferred shares with fixed cumulative preferential quarterly cash distributions; to return the original issue price on the maturity date, and to provide holders of Class A shares with regular monthly cash distributions and the opportunity for capital appreciation. The Fund invests in a portfolio consisting of common shares of approximately six Canadian banks. The Fund may write covered call options and cash covered put options in respect to the shares held in the portfolio. The Fund's portfolio is rebalanced to adjust for changes in the market values of investments, and to reflect the impact of a merger or acquisition affecting one or more of the banks. The Fund's investment manager is Brompton Funds Limited.
