The Company invests in the ordinary shares of the United Kingdom quoted companies, and in convertible and preference shares with above average yields. The Company's assets are invested in equities, preference shares and convertible shares. Approximately 69% of the assets are invested in equities, over 26.2% in preference shares, and the remainder in convertible shares and cash. It invests in a range of sectors, including oil and gas, basic materials, industrials, consumer goods, healthcare, consumer services, telecommunications, utilities, financials and technology.
