It prefers to make investments between $10 million and $60 million. It will invest in assets denominated in foreign currencies. The firm may also invest opportunistically in certain categories of credit products. The firm also makes co-investments. Spice Private Equity AG, formerly known as APEN AG, was founded in 1999 and is based in Zug, Switzerland with additional offices in Hamilton, Bermuda, London, United Kingdom, Singapore, and United States.
