Description: The investment seeks to provide investment results that, before expenses, correspond generally to the total return performance of publicly traded equity securities of companies in the Syntax Stratified LargeCap Index (the "index"). Under normal market conditions, the fund generally invests substantially all, and at least 95% of its total assets in the securities comprising the index. The index, which was created by Syntax, LLC, an affiliate of the fund's investment adviser, is the stratified-weight version of the widely used S&P 500® Index and holds the same constituents as the S&P 500.
