Description: Scheid Vineyards Inc. is engaged in growing wine grapes and crafting wines. The Company offers red, white, reserve and dessert wines, as well as accessories. The Company offers a range of wines, including Closing Bell, Pinot Noir, Grenache, Pinot Blanc, Sauvignon Blanc, Gewurztraminer, Chardonnay, Roussanne, Pinot Noir Rose, Odd Lot White, Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon and Claret, among others. It owns approximately 11 estate vineyards located along a 70-mile spread of the Salinas Valley. It has built a winery with a crushing capacity of 30,000 tons, as well as a Reserve Winery where the small production wines of Scheid Vineyards are crafted. With over 4,000 acres of vineyards, the Company sells its production as custom-made wines to other wineries. Its vineyards include Riverview vineyard, Viento vineyard, Hacienda, Viento and Baja Viento Vineyards. It offers event planning and hosts various private events, such as a wine dinner, wedding or corporate events at its vineyards.
