The Company intends to achieve the investment objective through investments in long-only funds, hedge funds, private equity funds and real estate funds. The Company makes its investments through BACIT Investments LP Incorporated (the Partnership). The general partner of the Partnership is BACIT GP Limited (the General Partner), a subsidiary of the Company. It also invests in BACIT Discovery Limited, a subsidiary of the Partnership. The Company has also invested in the Pioneer Fund as if it were an indirect cost recovery (ICR) Project. BACIT (UK) Limited is the investment manager of the Company.
