Description: Toro Limited is a closed-ended investment company. The investment objective of the Company is to deliver an absolute return from investing and trading in asset backed securities and other structured credit investments in liquid markets and investing directly or indirectly in asset backed transactions including, without limitation, through the origination of credit portfolios. The Company will seek to invest in a portfolio of exposures to predominantly Europe-based obligors. The Company intends to invest in Originators (Originators or sponsors of originated credit investments, such as collateralized loan obligations (CLO) or securitizations of pools of consumer loans, including residential mortgages, credit card receivables or auto loans).
