Its loan products also consist of small business administration program financing, and loans for small and mid-sized businesses; industrial loans; residential real estate loans for the construction, purchase, and refinancing of residential owner-occupied and rental properties; and consumer loans, including secured and unsecured personal loans, home equity and personal lines of credit, and motor vehicle loans. In addition, the company provides asset management services; and technology-based services, such as remote deposit capture, online banking, bill pay and treasury, mobile banking, voice response banking, automatic payroll deposit programs, ATMs, and product kiosks. As of December 31, 2012, it operated commercial banking centers in 200 locations. Umpqua Holdings Corporation has strategic alliance with Ferguson Wellman Capital Management. The company was founded in 1953 and is headquartered in Portland, Oregon.
