Viscount has entered into an exploration earn-in agreement with Sumitomo Corporation that covers the Cherry Creek property and to vest up to 75% interest in the Property, Sumitomo is required to produce a feasibility study and to expend a minimum of US$10,000,000.00 in exploration and development expenses by the eighth anniversary.
