Description: VietNam Holding Limited is a closed-end investment holding company. The Company's investment objective is to achieve long-term capital appreciation by investing in a diversified portfolio of companies that have growth potential at an attractive valuation. The Company may also invest in the securities of private companies in Vietnam, whether Vietnamese or foreign owned, and the securities of foreign companies if a portion of their assets are held or operations are in Vietnam. It will not invest more than 10% of its assets (at the time of investment) in any single company, and no more than 30% of its assets in any single defined industry sector. Its portfolio includes in sectors, such as healthcare, retail, industrial goods and services, real estate, construction and materials, food and beverage, telecommunications, automobiles and parts, personal and households goods, travel and leisure, and banks. VietNam Holding Asset Management Limited serves as an investment manager to the Company.
