It holds approximately 100% interest in the Coles Hill uranium deposit located in Pittsylvania County, Southern Virginia, the United States. Its ownership in Coles Hill uranium deposit is held through its subsidiary, Virginia Uranium, Inc., which controls the mineral, surface, and leasehold development and operating rights on the Coles Hill property. The Coles Hill project has the potential for underground mining of approximately 3,000 tons per day. Its properties also include the Marline Property, the Timberland Property, the Jackson Property and the Holmes Property. The Company has not generated any revenue from its operations. Its subsidiaries include Southside Cattle Company LLC and VA Uranium Holdings Inc.
