Description: Consolidated Woodjam Copper Corp. is an exploration-stage company. The Company's principal activity is mineral exploration and development. It is engaged in the acquisition and exploration of copper, gold and molybdenum properties in Western Canada. The Company operates through the segment of acquisition and exploration of mineral properties, which it acquired through the corporate reorganization and that are located solely in Canada. It holds over 51% interest in the Woodjam North and Woodjam South properties. The Woodjam North property has over four mineralized zones. Three of these zones, Megabuck, Deerhorn and Takom occur on the original claims. The Woodjam South property contains the Southeast Zone, a porphyry copper-gold-molybdenum discovery. The area of mineralization at the Southeast Zone extends over an area of approximately 1,300 meters by 900 meters. The Company has no revenue from its business operations.
