Description: Metro One Telecommunications, Inc. (Metro One) is an operator of call centers and data management services. Metro One performs its outbound telesales business in its call center facility in Beaverton, Oregon. It is making the necessary investments to support approximately 140 operators in the facility and has the option to expand it to approximately 250 operators as the need arises. The Company also will continue providing directory assistance services in electronic format. These are provided to customers who electronically issue directory assistance queries and use the returned information to complete and correct their own data records. Metro One Telecommunications provides electronic directory assistance services in a number of delivery formats to meet customer needs including automated file processing and real-time individual look ups. In addition to directory assistance data, the Company houses national databases of consumer and business information.
