Description: The aim is for the investment to reflect the performance of the LPX Major Market { {®}} Index (Index) which is designed to reflect the performance of the 25 most frequently traded private equity companies. The main business purpose of the companies must be private equity (which involves investing in companies which are not listed on a stock exchange). The private equity companies themselves must be listed on a stock exchange. The private equity companies may be based in any region and may engage in a variety of private equity activities. The composition of the Index is reviewed twice a year and companies are chosen depending on how often and in what volume their shares are traded. To achieve the aim, the Fund will invest in transferable securities and enter into financial contracts (derivatives) with one or more swap counterparties relating to the transferable securities and the Index, in order to obtain the return on the Index. . You may redeem your shares on demand on a daily basis.
